HOW DO I CREATE MY PTA PROFILE?
The online process takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. You will need an internet connection to
visit PTA.org/profile. On the web page, choose the “ACCESS YOUR PTA PROFILE” button. The on-screen
instructions will outline the process with required fields shown in red. Once completed, you will see a
confirmation page giving the option to link another membership card to your PTA profile by clicking
“VALIDATE ANOTHER CARD”. If you have multiple PTA cards, you may click the link to “VALIDATE
ANOTHER CARD”. After this process, you may visit PTA.org/benefits to start accessing your PTA member
benefits and discounts on retail services and products.
WHAT IF I HAVE MULTIPLE MEMBER CARDS?
If you are a member of multiple PTAs, you should receive a card for each of your memberships. Ask your
local PTA leader(s) for individual membership cards if you did not receive them. After logging in to your
profile, click “VALIDATE ANOTHER CARD” on your left task bar. Each card has a verification code that can
only be entered once. The verification code allows you to link multiple PTA memberships to your PTA
profile. You will see a screen confirmation for each card you validate.
